What is out-of-school youth?
Out-of-school youth is a group of young people who are not able to go to school
and content themselves just by having sticking in some places they neither want nor used to.
Is out-of-school youth a problem?
Well, in any case, they are ....
but this problem might not really given favorable attention because
we are too busy focusing on the outcome issues than its causes.
Now, are you still confused why i consider them a problem?
Just think of a community trouble or disturbance..
Aren't they the ones responsible for that, are they?
Anyway, I practically consider them as a problem because they are a
community responsibility and aside from that , they are abruptly rendering in our different communities now a days.
